Summary of Services - Condominium
- Collect common element fees
- Respond to unit owner concerns
- Attend to monthly accounting, cash and asset management
- Prepare budgets and financial statements
- Liase with and assist external auditors
- Recruit, train and supervise site staff
- Administer payroll and benefits
- Develop, implement and monitor energy management, preventative maintenance and construction/upgrade management programs
- Arrange for and assist with preparation of reserve fund studies
- Prepare detailed management reports for presentation to the condominium board
- Organize and attend condominium board meetings and annual general meetings
- Ensure compliance with the terms of the declaration, by-laws, rules and regulations
- Prepare and issue estoppel certificates
- Administer all insurance matters
