Consolidated Real Estate Services Inc. (CRESI) is the successor to Co-operators Real Estate Services Inc. and Bayview Property & Asset Management Inc. Bayview Property & Asset Management Inc. was founded by R.K. Dalton and G.D. Campbell in 1992. In 2000, control of the company was assumed by Co-operators Real Estate Services Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary company of Co-operators Development Corporation Limited, enhancing the position of the company as a leader in the local marketplace. In 2005, with the acquisition of the shares of the company by Huntingdon Real Estate Investment Trust, the company began operating under the name Consolidated Real Estate Services Inc.

CRESI specializes in condominium and commercial property management and is responsible for the management of over 40 condominium properties, representing over 3,500 units, and approximately one million square feet of office and retail space.

The company employs over 80 property management and administrative personnel who work in the Head Office in Calgary, Alberta and Regional Offices in Regina, Winnipeg and Guelph.

CRESI is owned by Huntingdon Real Estate Investment Trust (HREIT), which is publicly traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
